Compass Counseling and Associates clinicians utilize the EHR system of Simple Practice. To securely message your counselor, update chart documents, receive appointment reminders, fill-out and sign practice forms electronically, or add to your chart, please login into your Client Portal. 

 

You may access your Client Portal on the web or via Simple practice's Client Portal App. For new clients, your counselor will send you an email from Simple Practice to complete your intake forms and to create an account.
