Group Counseling
Group counseling is a therapeutic approach that involves one or more trained counselors working with a small group of individuals who share similar issues or concerns. Group counseling allows participants to discuss, share experiences, and support one another in a safe and confidential environment. The primary goal of group counseling is to facilitate personal growth and healing through interaction with others and allow group members to gain new perspectives, learn coping strategies, and develop social skills. Our counselors cover topics such as grief, anger, socialization issues, and mental health to help individuals struggling to practice new behaviors, receive feedback, and create connections to enhance their overall well-being.
