  • Where can I find the intake paperwork?
    We use a secure platform called Simple Practice to manage all client forms and communication. Once you are scheduled, you will receive an email with your Client Portal link. That is where you’ll find your intake paperwork, which you can complete and sign online at your convenience before your first session. If you do do not see the email, be sure to check your spam folder—or let us know and we will happily resend it! In our Client Portal, you can securely message your clinician, manage appointments, and complete paperwork. Please ask your counselor if you have any questions or concerns regarding your Client Portal. Simple Practice also offers a website dedicated to supporting clients utilizing their portal, link.
