Welcome! I’m Ashley, a clinician at the Pottstown office, and I’m deeply passionate about the transformative work I do every day - supporting others on their path to growth and healing. I obtained my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University in 2023 and am currently working towards licensure.

My approach to therapy is a blend of the empathy, warmth, and understanding of Person-Centered Therapy, as well as the evidence-based, powerful techniques of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Whether it’s uncovering fresh perspectives or gently reshaping old patterns, our work together will center on your story and the goals you envision for yourself.

I have experience working with clients ages 6 and up, helping them through their human experiences - whether it’s anxiety’s heaviness, depression’s shadow, ADHD’s restless energy, bipolar disorder’s eb and flow, the upheaval of life transitions, or the tender ache of grief and loss.
