In Michele's Own Words...
“I provide a trauma informed space that helps clients to as they build the skills needed to
create meaningful change in their lives and relationships.“
Michele's Professional & Academic Background
Driven by a desire to help individuals navigate their closest relationships, I became a Marriage and Family Therapist. Once I started working with individuals, couples, and families, I realized that childhood trauma and attachment wounds leave individuals struggling to manage strong emotions, stay present in their lives, and build healthy connections .These unresolved wounds create patterns that prevent them from having healthy marriages, effectively parenting, and establishing successful and satisfying careers. I believe in creating a safe supportive space where clients can begin to process and cope with unhealthy patterns and build the skills that will assist them in navigating their life and relationships more effectively. I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Alvernia University. I earned a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Evangelical Theological Seminary .I have 12 years experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I view treatment through a trauma focused lens utilizing EFT, CBT, DBT, and attachment based modalities.
