Lauren Quigley, MS
Clinical Mental Health Counselor
Pottstown
In Lauren's Own Words...
"I strive to create an empathic environment where people can explore and understand their emotional patterns, helping them to see how their feelings and experiences fit into the narrative of their lives. Through this understanding, I create a space where meaningful change can take place by equipping clients with effective strategies, tools, and skills that align with their personal goals to foster resilience, a deeper understanding of themselves, and the ability to cope with a variety of life stressors".
Lauren's Professional & Academic Background
Lauren earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Temple University, followed by her Master’s in Science in Counseling with a Clinical Mental Health Concentration from Gwynedd Mercy University. She is a pre-licensed clinician currently working towards licensure.

Taking an integrative approach, Lauren pulls from various evidence-based approaches to support each individual, couple, and family that she works with. Having a psychodynamic foundation, she finds value in exploring early childhood experiences/dynamics, past patterns, and attachment styles that influence present functioning.

Lauren values meeting each person where they are at in their journey with empathy, authenticity, and a non-judgmental approach as views being seen and heard as the key to helping people reach their full potential.
