Lynnette is a compassionate and dedicated mental health professional with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. Driven by a deep passion for helping others, she empowers her clients to reach their goals and realize their full potential through personalized, trauma-informed care.

With a Master's of Social Work from Walden University, specializing in Advanced Clinical Practices, and certification in Clinical Trauma Training, Lynette brings both academic excellence and practical expertise to her work. Her trauma-informed approach takes into account the complex interplay of environmental and biological factors, enabling her to provide holistic, empathetic care grounded in real-world knowledge and community-based resources.

Lynnette’s clinical strengths include working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, self-injurious behaviors (SID), addiction, domestic violence, poverty, and abuse. She also provides critical support to families impacted by addiction. As a skilled life coach and couples counselor, Lynnette specializes in helping partners navigate challenges related to infidelity, communication breakdowns, trust issues, intimacy concerns, financial stress, and major life transitions.

Whether working with individuals or couples, Lynnette brings a warm, nonjudgmental presence and a commitment to fostering growth, resilience, and lasting change.
