In Morgan's Own Words...
"I strive to create a warm, welcoming, and supportive space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. I value building a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, acceptance, and collaboration, and aim to provide an environment where clients feel safe, heard, and supported as we work toward their goals."
Morgan's Professional & Academic Background
Morgan graduated from York College of Pennsylvania in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Education in School Counseling from St. Bonaventure University in 2021, where she received training that included the pathway toward professional counseling licensure.
During her training and early career, Morgan gained experience in alternative school settings before transitioning into outpatient clinical work, where she found her passion for supporting clients in a more individualized therapeutic environment. She currently works as a therapist at Compass Counseling and Associates, providing outpatient
therapy under supervision as she completes the requirements to obtain her Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in Pennsylvania. Morgan is currently a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) and is in the
final stages of completing her LPC licensure. She practices under the supervision of a licensed clinician within the practice.
Morgan works with adolescents (ages 14+) and adults navigating concerns such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, life transitions, stress management, and interpersonal difficulties. She is also pursuing additional training and certification in trauma-focused therapy. Morgan strives to create a warm, welcoming, and supportive space where clients feel comfortable being themselves. She values building a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, acceptance, and collaboration, and aims to provide an environment where clients feel safe, heard, and supported as they work toward their goals.
She draws from a variety of clinical approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Person-Centered Therapy, tailoring her approach to meet each client’s unique needs. Outside of her clinical work, Morgan enjoys spending time with her husband of four years, their eight-year-old Pitbull named Zeke, reading, and connecting with friends through book clubs and social activities.
