Natalie Cianfrani, M.S.
Clinical Mental Health Counselor
Perkasie
In Natalie's Own Words...
"I do this work because I genuinely care about people and believe everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported, especially during their most vulnerable moments. My goal is to walk alongside my clients with empathy and honesty as they navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with their strength, purpose, and sense of self".
Natalie's Professional & Academic Background
Natalie earned both her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Gwynedd Mercy University. She is currently working toward licensure as a Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania.
Natalie began her counseling journey as an intern with Compass Counseling, where she continues to work as part of the clinical team. Her professional path has also been deeply shaped by her work in hospice care, where she provides bereavement support to individuals and families navigating grief, loss, and the complex emotions surrounding death and dying. These experiences have deepened her appreciation for the strength people find in the midst of change and the importance of being fully present with others in their pain and growth.
Natalie believes there’s no one-size-fits-all way to grow. She draws from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS), adjusting her approach to what each person needs in the moment. Her sessions are filled with warmth, genuine curiosity, and compassion, creating a space where clients can unpack what they’re feeling, make sense of their story, and discover new ways of adapting, connecting, and moving forward.
Natalie works with individuals experiencing grief and loss, anxiety, self-compassion challenges, identity development, and life transitions. She believes that meaningful change happens in connection—with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us.
Outside of her counseling work, Natalie is a proud mom, lifelong animal lover, and dedicated dog mom. She’s happiest with a good book in hand, laughter in the air, and a furry friend curled up nearby.
