Sarah's Professional & Academic Background
Sarah received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown. She then continued her education through the Chicago School of Professional Psychology, receiving her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Sarah is a Nationally Certified Counselor who is currently working towards obtaining her LPC.
She has many years of experiences working in differing counseling environments with children, adolescents, adults, and elders. She has worked with many disorders, such as ADHD, ODD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, Personality Disorders, and more. Sarah utilizes a combination of approaches such as a person-centered approach, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy based off the individual needs of each client. Sarah is a strong advocate for all of her clients and is incredibly passionate about the individuals she works with.
