Valerie's Professional & Academic Background
Valerie obtained her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Franklin & Marshall College in 2019. She earned her master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at Villanova University.
Valerie has experience working with all ages and a broad range of presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, etc. She emphasizes the importance of creating a safe, therapeutic environment for clients to grow and heal. Valerie utilizes a combination of approaches including person-centered and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.
